Mercor is creating a new category of work where expertise powers AI advancement. Achieving this requires an ambitious, fast-paced and deeply committed team. You’ll work alongside researchers, operators, and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.
About the role:
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to run social, content, and campaigns across Mercor's marketing team.
Mercor is one of the fastest-growing companies in AI, and marketing runs with a small team and a big surface area: model launches, research, our podcast, events, customer campaigns, and the brand itself. You'll be hands-on across all of it, owning programs end to end from brief to launch to results.
This role suits someone early in their career who wants range and ownership. You'll work closely with product marketing, design, research, and GTM.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign execution: Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and events, from the brief through launch and reporting.
Social: Run Mercor's presence on X and LinkedIn. Track what AI researchers, founders, and VCs are talking about. You are able to turn launches, research, and news into moments that take over the feed.
Podcast: Drive distribution for the podcast, including the launch plan and social clips for every episode.
Content: Write blog posts, emails, landing pages, and launch assets that meet a high quality bar.
Channels and web: Manage our owned channels and marketing site updates. Write and ship new landing pages and run experiments.
Must haves:
2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
You live on X. You follow AI researchers, VC and tech enthusiasts on X and know what drives conversation.
You've run social for a brand or grown your own account.
You're an excellent writer and editor who can write for both technical and business audiences.
You have hands-on experience across more than one channel or area (content, email, social, events, web).
You use AI tools every day and have built at least one workflow or automation that saves time, but don’t rely on it for your writing.
You're scrappy and adaptable. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are comfortable with changing priorities.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You can run several programs at once without dropping anything.
Bonus
Experience at an AI or developer-tools company
Experience editing short-form video or podcast clips
