The majority of BlueChew & MOD's marketing efforts are managed in-house. We have a high-functioning marketing team with creative strategy and performance marketing closely aligned. We have the need to bring on a new team member due to expanding markets and product lines. The ideal candidate will be someone currently working at an agency in affiliate marketing who is willing to handle significant billing responsibilities. We will also consider candidates who currently work in billing and want to lean into performance marketing.
This individual will be the primary person responsible for tracking and reporting marketing expenses to ensure all marketing costs are reconciled at the end of the month. Billing is expected to take up 25% of this individual’s time during a month, with the bulk of that happening at the start and end of the month.
We have a growing affiliate marketing program that we are eager to expand. Responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new partners, managing relationships with existing partners, and tracking affiliate spend intra-month.

Responsibilities

Enter and track all marketing invoices through Bill.com

Track marketing expenses outside of major digital platforms in our multi-touch attribution platform to ensure the team can accurately measure ROAS and CAC intra-month

Maintain communication between the creative strategy, partnerships, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and accurate monthly billing process

Take ownership of our affiliate marketing platform, Everflow

Monitor and update affiliate intra-month pacing to sure the channel is meeting efficiency goals

Identify and assess potential new affiliate partnerships through the Everflow Market Place

Maintain communications and relationships with current affiliate partners

Asist with other marketing tasks as ability permits
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing related field (eg. Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
