McDugald Steele is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive measurable revenue growth across the company’s service divisions. This position combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on growth execution. The Marketing & Growth Manager will oversee lead generation, digital marketing, CRM management, marketing automation, content strategy, analytics, and sales pipeline support. Success will be measured by business outcomes, including lead quality, pipeline creation, revenue influence, and marketing return on investment. The ideal candidate understands luxury consumers, high-net-worth clientele, and the relationship-driven sales process within landscape architecture, custom residential construction, design/build, real estate, or related premium service industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Five to seven years of progressive marketing experience, including at least three years leading growth, demand generation, or revenue-focused initiatives. • Demonstrated experience building and managing multi-channel campaigns that produce measurable leads and pipeline. • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, digital advertising, analytics, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization. • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, competing priorities, and executive-level reporting. • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, analytical, and project-management skills.
Experience in luxury residential services, landscape architecture, construction, design/build, architecture, interior design, real estate, or a related sector. • Experience marketing to high-net-worth clients and professional referral sources. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms, marketing automation systems, and AI-enabled marketing tools. • Experience managing outside agencies and creative production partners. • Working knowledge of premium visual storytelling, project photography, video, and portfolio-based marketing.
