The Opportunity:
Associate PM – Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging to eCommerce, and Social Media.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Track and manage omnichannel asset creation in WorkFront for assigned Mattel brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure samples, 3D renders, and high-res images
- Support photo shoot production, including shoot sheets, logistics, product prep, and on-set coordination
- Lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables and escalate blockers as needed
- Maintain digital assets through tagging, organization, and publishing workflows
- Partner with Creative and Production to ensure asset accuracy and brand consistency
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
- Document and communicate clearly to support cross-functional alignment

This position is onsite in El Segundo
*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
