They are hiring a Senior B2B Content Writer & Editor to help lead the development of high-quality content for enterprise clients.
This right candidate should have strong experience creating content for B2B enterprise companies, with a clear understanding of the tone, structure, and credibility required to write for professional buyer audiences.
You know how to turn expert knowledge, interviews, research, and positioning into polished content that feels smart, strategic, and decision-maker-ready. They should be comfortable working across multiple formats, shaping content angles, interviewing subject matter experts, editing for clarity and persuasion, and ensuring each piece aligns with the client’s target audience and business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Write and edit high-quality content for B2B enterprise clients across multiple formats
Develop content that speaks directly to specific buyer personas and decision-makers
Turn research, SME interviews, and source materials into compelling, polished narratives
Create content briefs, outlines, interview questions, and narrative angles before drafting
Edit drafts for structure, clarity, flow, tone, and strategic alignment
Translate complex business or technical topics into clear, credible content for professional audiences
Support creation of full-funnel content, including:
White papers
Case studies
Thought leadership articles
Research-based content
Blog posts
Technical or industry explainers
Conduct interviews with founders, executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts
Pull out strong insights, quotes, and narratives from interviews and transcripts
Manage deadlines and keep multiple content projects moving at once
Collaborate closely with editorial leadership and contribute to a high-quality client delivery process
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in content writing and editing for B2B enterprise companies
Experience writing for sophisticated buyer audiences in SaaS, software, technology, or other complex B2B industries
Ability to match the tone and style expected in enterprise content marketing
Excellent writing fundamentals, including structure, clarity, headline framing, and narrative flow
Strong editing instincts — able to improve content beyond grammar by sharpening arguments, reorganizing ideas, and tightening positioning
Experience turning interviews, research, and source material into polished long-form and mid-funnel assets
Ability to understand a target audience quickly and tailor messaging to different personas
Confident communicator who can ask smart questions and extract useful insight from SMEs
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage several moving projects at once
Comfortable working during U.S. hours and joining client or internal calls when needed
Nice to Have
Familiarity with industries like cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, HR tech, healthcare tech, fintech, or adjacent enterprise categories
Experience with white papers, case studies, and sales enablement content
SEO awareness
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, ClickUp, Airtable, and Slack
