The Digital Content Associate will be a key member for our global digital content management team that focuses on supporting our digital marketing initiatives by creating, managing, and publishing content using various content management systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the digital content management team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and publish digital content, including text, images, and multimedia, using various content management systems (CMS).
- Perform routine content updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain an organized content library and ensure digital assets are properly archived and accessible.
- Collaborate with developers on a variety of task related to design such as providing ideas, support and expertise when needed.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital content role, especially within a marketing, media, or creative environment.
- Beginner proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Drupal.
- Basic graphic design skills, with familiarity in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity in HTML and CSS a plus. Comfortable with learning new software programs as needed.
- Basic knowledge or experience using project management tools like WorkFront, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Suite.
