Who this fits

This senior, hands-on role suits a producer who can own studio operations while moving between camera work, audio, live production and editing. You’ll need to work independently, juggle several projects and make technical decisions quickly. The role is based in Atlanta and combines studio work with collaboration across creative, marketing and technical teams.

From the employer

We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward

Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place.

The Opportunity:

Manhattan is building a more visible, more distinctive, and more dominant brand. Video sits at the center of that work, and we have a dedicated in-house studio to make it happen.

We are looking for a Senior Video Producer to own that studio and the video workflow that runs through it, from first setup to final export. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable with a signal chain as they are with a timeline. You will keep the studio running, the cameras rolling, the streams live, and the edit moving. That covers interviews, podcasts, executive presentations, scripted pieces, social clips, and live broadcasts to audiences inside and outside the company. You will also help define how AI can improve our video workflow adopting tools that increase speed or quality without lowering the creative bar.

You will be equally comfortable building a multi-camera setup, fixing an audio problem five minutes before a stream goes live, cutting a two-minute highlight reel from two hours of footage, or making the case for a new tool. The work should be polished, reliable, and unmistakably Manhattan.

A Day in the Life:

Studio operations

• Own the day-to-day operation and upkeep of our in-house studio, including all camera, audio, and lighting equipment

• Set up, calibrate, and strike equipment for interviews, podcasts, presentations, scripted video, and live events

• Keep a current studio inventory, run maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs and replacements

• Set technical standards for how the studio is used, and help the rest of the team follow them

Camera and audio

• Run professional cameras and multi-camera setups with consistent, broadcast-quality results

• Build and optimize audio signal chains, including microphones, mixers, preamps, interfaces, and monitoring, for studio and live use

• Troubleshoot issues quickly before, during, and after a shoot

Live streaming

• Plan and run live streams for internal and external audiences on YouTube, LinkedIn, Zoom, and other platforms

• Manage encoding, switching, graphics, and real-time monitoring during broadcasts

• Solve problems in real time so viewers never notice them

• Build repeatable runbooks for recurring live events

Editing and post-production

• Edit long-form video, short-form social clips, highlight reels, and event recaps with strong pacing and storytelling

• Handle color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and titles to a professional standard

• Keep projects, file names, and archives organized in shared storage

• Work with the creative team through review and approval to hit delivery dates

AI in the video pipeline

• Test and adopt AI tools across production and post, such as transcription and captions, clip selection, voice enhancement, background removal, and generative B-roll

• Recommend tools that improve speed or quality without lowering the creative bar, and share what you learn with the team

• Stay current on AI video and help shape how we build our production stack

What We need from You:

· 3 to 6 years of experience in a studio, broadcast, content production, or live events environment

· Hands-on skill with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar) and multi-camera production

· A strong working knowledge of audio equipment and signal flow, including dynamic, condenser, and lavalier mics, mixers, interfaces, and DAW basics

· Experience running live streams with production software such as OBS, StreamYard, vMix, or Wirecast

· Expert editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus a solid grasp of color grading, audio post, and motion graphics

· Real curiosity about AI video tools, and ideally hands-on experience with some of them

· Comfort working independently, managing several projects at once, and making technical calls on the fly

· Clear communication with creative, marketing, and technical partners

Nice to have

· Lighting design for studio and on-location shoots

· Teleprompter, green screen, or virtual set experience

· Motion graphics in After Effects or DaVinci Fusion

· A background in podcast production, webinar infrastructure, or broadcast news

· Experience with Vidyard for hosting, sharing, and tracking video

Tools You'll Use:

· Editing and post: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or Fusion for motion graphics

· Live production: OBS, StreamYard, vMix, Wirecast, or similar

· AI-assisted production: tools such as Descript, Adobe Speech Enhance, Runway, ElevenLabs, and Gling

· Vidyard: video hosting, sharing, and viewer analytics

· Bynder: digital asset management for finished video and approved assets

Direct experience with these specific platforms is a plus. Fluency with comparable tools is what matters most.
