What you'll do
- Cut short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok and similar channels, then create static ads and carousels
- Turn shoot, UGC and creator footage into paid ads and alternate cuts using briefs from the paid team
- Build creative variations across hooks, edits, duration, music, layouts and claims, then use performance results to guide the next round
- Generate video, imagery and voice-over with AI tools, blend them with real footage, and add simple motion graphics
- Keep assets consistent with the brand while working mostly on paid ads, with remaining time on organic social and YouTube
What you bring
- Several years of video editing experience, ideally including performance ads for e-commerce or D2C
- Training in film, media or communication design, or comparable experience supported by a strong showreel and portfolio
- Confident use of Adobe, Figma and generative AI tools for video and images
- Very strong German and good English

Für unseren Content Hub suchen wir dich als Performance Video Editor & Designer (all genders). Du schneidest Video Ads, erstellst AI Ads und gestaltest Static Ads und Content in hoher Taktung, testest und iterierst sie und hältst dabei unsere Marke in jedem Asset auf Kurs.
Deine Aufgaben
Du schneidest Video Ads für Meta, TikTok & Co., vor allem 9:16-Shortform, erstellst AI Ads und gestaltest Static Ads und Carousels.
Du machst aus Shooting-, UGC- und Creator-Material starke Ads und Re-Cuts, auf Basis der Briefings aus dem Paid-Team.
Du bringst eigene Ideen für Formate, Schnitt-Stile und Bildwelten ein.
Rund 80 % deiner Zeit fließen in Paid Ads, der Rest in Organic Social und YouTube.
Du sorgst dafür, dass jedes Video und jedes Static unverkennbar nach mammaly aussieht.
Du baust Testvarianten: neue Hooks, Schnittfolgen, Längen, Musik, Layouts und Claims.
Du arbeitest mit Templates und Presets, damit Tempo und Qualität stimmen.
Du generierst mit AI-Tools Videos, Bildwelten und Voice-overs und kombinierst sie mit echtem Footage.
Du baust einfache Motion Graphics wie Text-Animationen und Produkt-Callouts.
Du wertest mit dem Performance-Team Hook Rate, Hold Rate und CTR aus und nutzt die Ergebnisse für die nächste Runde.
Ausbildung oder Studium in Film, Medien oder Kommunikationsdesign – oder vergleichbare Erfahrung mit starkem Showreel und Portfolio
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Videoschnitt, idealerweise mit Performance-Ads im E-Commerce oder D2C
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Schnitt- und Layout-Programmen (Adobe, Figma) sowie generativen AI-Tools für Video und Bild
Kreativität und ein eigener Blick: Gespür für Rhythmus, Timing und Sound ebenso wie für Typografie und Layout
Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, auch bei hohem Volumen.
Du kennst TikTok, Reels und Shorts und weißt, was Zuschauer in den ersten Sekunden hält
Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
Ein Plus: Erfahrung mit Meta Ads und Creative-Testing
