We are hiring a Graphic Design Assistant Manager to Leads and oversees the creative direction and execution of visual content across all online commerce channels. This role blends creativity with operational precision to ensure that all visuals are on-brand, conversion-focused, and aligned with UX/UI standards across platforms. Works closely with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver high-quality assets that elevate the user experience and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Lead the development of high-impact Key Visuals (KVs) and campaign creative concepts that effectively communicate business objectives, strengthen brand identity, and drive customer engagement.
- Establish visual directions and creative frameworks for major campaigns to ensure strong campaign recognition, consistency, and differentiation across all customer touchpoints.
- Translate campaign concepts and creative directions into compelling digital assets, including homepage banners, landing pages, product modules, Flexi pages, and campaign visuals.
- Create high-quality layouts, visual assets, and design solutions based on project requirements, ensuring consistency with platform design standards and brand guidelines.
- Develop creative templates and design frameworks for recurring campaigns or platform modules.
- Apply UX/UI principles to improve usability and overall design effectiveness across desktop and mobile.
- Lead and oversee art direction for special campaigns, ensuring creative differentiation that aligns with business objectives and brand positioning
- Review and refine designs to ensure alignment with brand identity, e-commerce strategy, and visual quality standards.
Execution & Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate closely with marketing, and content teams to plan and execute campaign visuals from concept to delivery.
- Prioritize workloads, and ensure all assets are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Streamline internal processes including file management, template updates, and version control for operational efficiency.
- Maintain brand governance across all digital channels and ensure compliance with creative and corporate standards.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to enhance creative output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in digital graphic design, including 2+ years in e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, UX/UI principles, and promotional layout design with awareness of marketing compliance and brand standards.
- Deep knowledge of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Creative and strategic thinker capable of developing fresh ideas that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; adaptable and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- (Optional) Figma capabilities including prototyping, component systems, and design collaboration workflow.
