Role Summary:

We’re looking for an Events Marketing Manager to drive regional B2B event strategy and execution for our tech client, creating impactful experiences that amplify brand presence and accelerate business growth.

Role:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring performance is tracked effectively.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners; provide clear briefs and oversee quality execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements, including content, audience acquisition, event logistics, speaker management, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, AV and technical production, marketing and promotion, and on-site execution.
  • Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, managing timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigating risks for successful execution.
  • Compile post-event reports analysing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments.
  • Proven track record managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
  • Experience managing regional or international events is a plus, with willingness to travel across APAC as required.
  • Outcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.

Contract Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract
