Your Contribution:
- Administrative tasks for the AI Video Creation service, including responding to tickets, granting and revoking access, managing access permissions, among others;
- Support the team in creating KPIs for monitoring services;
- Support the team in creating videos and promotional materials;
- Support the team in creating process documentation
- Develop simple projects using low code. Microsoft Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate;
- Map out processes step by step
Your Experience and Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong academic foundation in Python, Power Platform, Copilot, Power BI, and Azure Fundamentals.
- 18 Years or older
- Medically fit
- English Language as mode of learning and communicating.
