Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of key retail accounts.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, business reviews, and performance analysis.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and replenishment to ensure healthy inventory levels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing listing forms, price files, promotional submissions, and other commercial documentation.
- Track promotion timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support store-related requests, including merchandising updates, display implementation, and issue resolution.
- Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and internal business reviews.
- Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
