Acting as the primary commercial interface for key customers, you will develop strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver solutions that create lasting value for customers and the business.Working within our Wood Protection business, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting sustainable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused and customer-centric professional who thrives on building partnerships, overcoming challenges, and delivering results. While experience in wood preservation is advantageous, Arxada will provide training on wood preservation chemistry and product technologies for the successful candidate.Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and grow strategic customer relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contracts, and customer agreements.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Technical, and Customer Service teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, including industry trends, risks, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Arxada at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Significant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
- Experience within timber, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, automation, or industrial markets is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Practical experience in engineering, electrical systems, automation, timber manufacturing, or industrial manufacturing environments is advantageous.
