What you'll do
- Keep sales reports accurate and current, then send them in on time
- Coordinate with execution and plant teams to keep each sales contract moving toward completion

岗位职责：
-按要求及时准确更新和上报各类销售报表；
-及时与执行及工厂相关部门沟通协调工作，保证合同的顺利执行；
-对接客户，制定客户提货计划，并把计划及时传达给客户及工厂相关部门，完成产品售后相关工作；
-根据客户提货委托书要求协助执行开提单以便客户顺利提货；
-根据销售合同约定的收款方式、收款期限督促客户安排支付。；
-建立中转客户档案，录入中转系统，根据中转协议发货条款规定，收到相关货物放行、货权转移有效通知书后开具中转提货单。
-系统数据操作与维护，如合同录入、点价和拆分等；
-完成部门要求的其他任务，与公司内其他部门良好的沟通和合作。
任职资格：
-本科及以上学历；
-销售助理经验3年以上，同行业佳；
-书面英语ok。
