The Account Manager Away From Home is responsible, together with the Channel Manager AFH, for growing the Biscoff brand in the US Away From Home channel in turnover, margin and distribution/penetration.
The Account Manager AFH focuses on winning and growing branded partnerships at national chains (coffee, bakery-café, QSR) and on driving sales of Biscoff cookies on premise in cafés, hotels, restaurants, offices and other on-the-go occasions. The Account Manager AFH loves working with customers, is driven by hunting and closing new business, and is enthusiastic about the Biscoff brand and our products. They strongly believe in the values of team spirit, open dialogue and passion, and bring these into their work to achieve the optimal results.

Together with the Channel Manager AFH, you contribute to the vision for the further growth of Biscoff in Away From Home, bringing insights from customers, distributors and the market, and keeping a pulse on menu trends and competitor activity in foodservice

  • You own and grow a portfolio of national chains through account plans, business reviews and new menu opportunities, including co-branded LTOs, coordinating recipe development, samples, pricing and timelines
  • You identify, prospect and secure new business across targeted channels, including coffee chains and independent cafes, hospitality, workplace and corporate pantry, colleges/universities
  • You work with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, QA, Marketing and Finance to deliver smooth launches and reliable supply
  • You support the Channel Manager AFH on major national QSR partnerships
  • You partner closely with our distributor and broker network (broadline, specialty and e-commerce) to ensure product availability and maximize execution
  • You grow Biscoff cookie sales on premise through distributor programs and drive pull-through to operators
  • You track sales performance, pipeline and competitive activity and turn the data into recommendations
  • You represent the brand at trade shows and customer meetings to grow existing accounts and prospect new ones
  • You support Marketing initiatives (our foodservice website, trade show presence)
  • Min. 2 years of experience in marketing (Trade Marketing/ (jr.) Brand management)/Sales in a CPG environment (preferably in the Out of home/On Premise Channel)
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics
  • Project management, stakeholder management and timeline management are crucial: you manage colleagues from different departments and successfully lead projects through the various milestones. You can easily keep several balls in the air at the same time and achieve the desired results in time.
