We are seeking a creative, business-focused, and highly autonomous Senior Graphic Designer to own and elevate the Capsugel brand across global pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets. In this role, you will transform complex scientific, regulatory, and technical content into compelling visual communications that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure brand consistency across digital, print, trade show, and customer-facing materials while helping scale brand standards and visual best practices across the organization.

What you will do
- Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral, digital assets, campaign materials, social media graphics, web banners, brochures, technical sheets, and presentations.
- Translate complex pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and scientific content into visually engaging and commercially effective communications.
- Maintain and evolve the Capsugel brand system, including templates, guidelines, and visual identity standards. Lead creative execution for trade shows, exhibitions, signage, banners, and customer-facing events.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Partner with marketing, product, and regional teams to deliver aligned and impactful visual communications.
- Manage digital brand assets and support governance of design files within approved asset management systems.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure consistent quality and brand execution.
- Leverage AI-enabled design tools and modern workflows to improve efficiency while maintaining creative excellence
What we are looking for
- 5 to 10 years of B2B experience, including 5 to 8 years in graphic design, preferably within pharmaceutical, nutrition, CDMO, or life sciences industries.
- Proven ability to interpret technical and regulated content and convert it into clear, compelling visual communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience building and managing scalable brand systems, templates, and visual guidelines.
- Knowledge of digital asset management platforms such as Frontify, Bynder, or Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, print production, and large-format design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, learn quickly, and deliver results from day one
