This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do:
- Design, build, and enhance scalable data solutions that support operational, manufacturing, quality, and business processes globally.
- Translate business and functional data requirements into robust technical architectures and solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and transformation processes using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Create data products and reporting capabilities that enable analytics, KPI monitoring, and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, architects, engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives, including data quality, metadata management, lineage, and access controls.
- Support continuous improvement through automation, modern engineering practices, and self-service data capabilities.
What we are looking for:
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise data engineering or data solutions in complex business environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL development, SQL Server, database design, and data modeling.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure data platform technologies and modern ELT/ETL practices.
- Knowledge of data architecture principles, data transformation, and data lineage management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based development methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Relevant consulting or equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Preferred:
- Microsoft Azure or Data Engineering certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience developing web-based applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
