Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Hindi Video Editor who can lead and guide our editing team while ensuring high-quality, engaging commercial video content. The role requires strong editing expertise, creative judgment, and hands-on experience with modern AI video-generation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and guide video editors on editing style, quality standards, and execution.
Create and supervise high-quality commercial and social-media videos.
Help the team efficiently deliver 30+ reel like commercial videos per day.
Review output and maintain consistency across videos.
Understand briefs and convert concepts into engaging Hindi-first video content.
Improve editing workflows, templates, and turnaround time.
Use AI video-generation tools to accelerate production and experiment with new creative formats.
Stay updated with social-media trends, editing styles, and AI video capabilities.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of professional video editing experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as OpenArt and Google Flow or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Hindi and English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Experience creating commercial/performance marketing/social-media videos.
Ability to mentor and provide creative direction to other editors.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Experience working with performance marketing or consumer internet products.
Understanding of short-form video formats and social-media advertising.
Experience building reusable templates and AI-assisted editing workflows.
