From the employer

We are looking for a Senior Learning Communications Strategist who knows how to make complex information clear, relevant, and engaging.

This is a highly visible, hands on communications role supporting enterprise wide compliance, risk, ethics, and learning programs. You will help bring an established engagement strategy to life across employee communications, campaigns, events, learning initiatives, and onsite activations.

The work goes well beyond traditional copywriting. You will help shape how important compliance and ethics topics show up in the employee experience, translating complex concepts into communications that people can understand, connect with, and act on.

You will partner closely with communications leaders, subject matter experts, creative partners, and cross functional stakeholders while independently driving high quality work from brief through delivery.

What Will Make You Successful

You are both a strong communications strategist and an exceptional hands on writer. You can take an established strategy, understand the business need behind it, and turn it into thoughtful communications and engagement experiences.

You know how to simplify complex legal, compliance, policy, or risk topics without losing accuracy or meaning. You understand that successful internal communications are not simply about delivering information. They should capture attention, build understanding, and influence employee awareness and behavior.

You are also comfortable operating in a fast moving environment where timelines shift, multiple projects are moving at once, and details matter. You can step into an established program, learn quickly, provide sound recommendations, and execute with a high degree of independence.

This role is especially well suited for someone who has worked within a large technology organization and understands the pace, complexity, and stakeholder environment of enterprise wide communications.

• Senior level copywriting, content writing, editing, and proofreading expertise

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing large scale, enterprise wide communications programs

• Experience contributing to communications strategy while remaining deeply involved in hands on execution

• Experience translating complex or highly technical subject matter into clear, engaging content for non expert audiences

• Experience developing communications designed to influence employee awareness, understanding, mindsets, and behaviors

• Experience supporting engagement campaigns, employee events, and onsite activations

• Experience writing across multiple channels including employee communications, email campaigns, articles, training materials, events, and digital content

• Experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, designers, and cross functional teams

• Strong editorial judgment with exceptional attention to accuracy, consistency, tone, and quality

• Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, revisions, and tight turnaround times
