You will collaborate with Marketing, Decision Science, Creative, Marketing Technology, and external agency partners to execute integrated media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands how to translate media strategy into successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Corporate Marketing and Public Affairs campaigns across Meta platforms and other paid social channels.

  • Manage tactical campaign details, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and launch readiness.

  • Execute media plans aligned with marketing objectives, audience strategies, and business priorities.

  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and reporting.

  • Ensure consistent execution across digital advertising platforms while maintaining operational efficiency.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign delivery, budget pacing, audience performance, and overall effectiveness.

  • Conduct regular campaign health checks to identify performance trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign data and recommend adjustments to improve performance and media efficiency.

  • Implement A/B testing and structured learning agendas to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Contribute to measurement initiatives involving brand lift, conversion lift, and media mix modeling.

  • Apply data driven insights to optimize paid social strategies across brand and performance marketing initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Agency Management

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Decision Science, Creative, and Marketing Technology teams to align campaign execution with business objectives.

  • Coordinate with external media agencies on campaign launches, delivery, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure agency partners follow established service expectations, advertising best practices, and platform guidelines.

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical or operational challenges affecting campaign delivery, measurement, or creative execution.

  • Leverage AI tools, internal resources, and advertising platform expertise to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Improve campaign execution workflows, reporting processes, and quality assurance standards.

  • Maintain documentation, trafficking checklists, naming conventions, and operational best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across media operations.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Media organization.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
