More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Cluster Revenue Growth Manager (South Europe) in our office in Suresnes, Paris in France (preferred location). Madrid in Spain or Milan in Italy are also possible locations for this office-based role.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous working experience in FMCG environments with a proven track record in Revenue Growth Management and Margin/profitability Management, in addition to a broad commercial background across sales, marketing, category management, trade marketing, or commercial excellence.

1. Commercial Policy Execution & Implementation:

  • Ensure CP execution supports value realization through quality, consistency and disciplined commercial decision-making.

  • Use CP trade term adherence analysis to identify value leakage and define corrective actions with KAMs.

  • Support key customer negotiations by providing fact-base, challenge and commercial decision rules on pricing, trade terms, promo investment and customer profitability.

2. IGM Value Optimization & Improvements:

  • Lead the translation of available reporting and analysis into actionable insights for leadership, Commercial Effectiveness Manager, Pricing Specialist and Sales teams.

  • Own the IGM improvement roadmap on cluster and key account level, ensuring countermeasures are defined, assigned and tracked.

  • Drive mix improvement initiatives by identifying where growth is margin-accretive versus where mix creates dilution, complexity or value leakage.

  • Drive promotion effectiveness with KAMs by linking promo calendars, investment levels and ROI evaluation to clear continue/change/stop decisions.

3. Cluster Value Realization & Performance Management:

  • Own the cluster value realization cockpit, using relevant KPIs to identify value leakage, root causes and required actions in monthly Market/Cluster MPRs.

  • Translate sales, margin, mix and CP performance gaps into clear corrective actions with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

  • Challenge and approve exceptions to pricing, trade terms, listing/exclusion and promotion principles, within defined thresholds and decision rights.

4. Cultural Change & Discipline:

  • Drive cultural change within the cluster, promoting value extraction and optimization of processes and frameworks.

  • Build a culture where commercial decisions are made with a stronger fact base, clearer ownership and explicit profitability impact.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in Marketing Management, Category Management, Pricing Management, Commercial Policy, Business Analytics and related functions.

  • Resilience, initiative and ability to challenge constructively in a complex commercial environment.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior commercial stakeholders.
