The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the product marketing vision for a portfolio of professional audio solutions, including loudspeakers, electronics, software platforms, and associated services. This role serves as the bridge between product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product positioning, market adoption, and revenue growth.


The Director of Product Marketing lead a team of product marketing professionals focused on delivering compelling product stories, successful product launches, and integrated marketing programs that strengthen the company's leadership position in the professional audio industry.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement the global product marketing strategy across loudspeakers, audio electronics, software solutions, and professional services.
  • Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and market segmentation strategies.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to align product marketing initiatives with corporate growth objectives.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats to inform business and product strategy.

Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution for new products, software releases, services, and technology platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, channel engagement, and market adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to translate technical innovations into compelling customer benefits.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and career development plans for team members.
  • Drive project prioritization and resource allocation to maximize business impact.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Strategy

  • Lead competitive analysis efforts across professional audio, loudspeakers, electronics, software, and adjacent markets.
  • Monitor customer trends, industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide actionable market insights to Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Executive Management.
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making throughout the organization.

Sales Enablement and Commercial Support

  • Develop sales enablement tools, training programs, presentations, and product content that support revenue growth.
  • Partner with regional sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to ensure successful market execution.
  • Help define product launch objectives, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans.
  • Support key customer engagements, strategic accounts, and industry events as a subject matter expert.

Marketing Program Execution

  • Guide the creation of product campaigns, thought leadership content, technical marketing materials, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on integrated campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Oversee content development including videos, case studies, webinars, product demonstrations, and technical documentation.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments based on performance data.

Performance Measurement

  • Establish KPIs for product marketing effectiveness, market adoption, product launches, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze market performance, product profitability, customer engagement, and campaign results.
  • Provide regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
