Role brief

Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • You’ll turn positioning into audience-specific copy, web pages, case studies, sales decks, and other GTM assets
  • You’ll create battlecards, objection guides, discovery aids, and demo stories, then help train sellers to use them
  • You’ll track competitors, refresh battlecards, and circulate market insights from customer-facing teams
  • You’ll coordinate product launches, readiness work, and communications with product marketing and product partners
  • You’ll interview customers and prospects, use AI to speed production, and apply findings to messaging and roadmaps

What you bring

  • You have at least three years in product marketing or a related area such as content, enablement, or growth
  • You write clearly and can explain technical or complex ideas to a defined audience
  • You can handle incomplete direction, recommend a path, and deliver a strong initial draft
  • You already use AI for research, drafting, and content upkeep while checking its accuracy and quality
  • You stay organized across several projects and adapt well in a small, fast-changing team

Who this fits

You’ll suit an execution-focused product marketing role that combines strategic positioning with hands-on asset creation and customer research. Remote work is available, but you need a permanent address in one of Levanta’s designated hub states. The role works closely with the Director of Product Marketing and calls for independent ownership with limited oversight.

From the employer

Levanta is the creator affiliate platform built for modern e-commerce. We connect brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces through a single platform for creator discovery, activation, partnership management, payments, and cross-channel performance measurement. Through our Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, brands can access more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, building measurable creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other retail channels.

Following our recent $22 million Series B, which brought our total funding to more than $43 million, we are investing further in our technology, our team, and our expansion across the retail ecosystem. We are building the infrastructure for Creator Commerce Media and creating more opportunities for brands to grow, creators to earn, and marketplaces to generate measurable demand.

Product Marketing at Levanta is a growing, high-leverage function, and this is our second PMM hire. You'll work directly with the Director of Product Marketing to turn positioning, market and customer research, and enablement into programs and assets that sales, marketing, CS, and leadership rely on every day.

This is an execution-forward role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of key initiatives and driving projects end-to-end. You'll spend meaningful time getting close to Voice of Customer, on customer and sales calls, learning how Levanta actually wins and loses. You'll turn that into sharper messaging, better sales tools, and content that helps the business grow, including our expansion into non-Amazon marketplaces.

You should be comfortable moving between strategic thinking (how do we position to a different segment or buyer persona) and hands-on production (build the deck, write the one-pager, ship the battlecard), and you should be excited to use AI tools to do both faster and better.

What You'll Own

Messaging & Content Development. Turn the team's positioning and messaging frameworks into finished assets, including product copy, web pages, one-pagers, case studies, and sales narratives, each mapped to a specific audience, funnel stage, and channel (Amazon vs. non-Amazon).

Sales Enablement. Build and maintain enablement materials such as battlecards, objection-handling guides, discovery guides, and demo narratives. Support training and certification so sellers pitch consistently and confidently, especially as we build out GTM motions beyond Amazon.

Competitive Intelligence. Develop and maintain competitor teardowns and battlecards for our main competitors in the creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing space. Keep the CI repository current, and regularly capture and distribute insights surfaced by field-facing teams..

Launch Support. Partner with the Director of Product Marketing and the Product team on launch planning and coordination, GTM readiness, and internal and external launch communications.

Voice of Customer & Win/Loss. Help run structured customer and prospect interviews, synthesize themes, and feed insights back into messaging, personas, and roadmap conversations.

AI-assisted Production. Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, content generation, and ongoing maintenance of enablement content, freeing up time for higher-judgment work like positioning and stakeholder alignment. We expect AI to multiply this role's output quality, not replace judgment, so you should be comfortable reviewing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated output to a high bar.

Cross-functional Coordination. Work across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing to keep messaging and enablement materials current, findable, and actually adopted, not just published.

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success have current, trustworthy enablement materials, and use them consistently.
  • Levanta's story is sharper and more consistent across decks, campaigns, and launches.
  • Enablement and content stay current without becoming a manual, ad hoc scramble.
  • The Director has a reliable partner who can take a strategic direction and turn it into finished, high-quality output with minimal oversight.
  • You know how to establish credibility and customer/market context to start shaping positioning and GTM strategy calls yourself, not just executing on them.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, or a closely adjacent function (content marketing, sales enablement, growth marketing), with exposure to positioning, messaging, or GTM content.
    • Experience building scalable, repeatable launch frameworks and formalizing product marketing operations is a plus.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills. You can turn a technical or nuanced idea into clear, persuasive language for a specific audience.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. Given a rough direction, you ask smart clarifying questions, come back with a recommendation, and produce a strong first draft without needing every detail spelled out.
  • Genuinely curious about customers and the market. You want to sit in on sales and customer calls and learn how the business actually works.
  • AI-forward working style. You already use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and content maintenance, and you're eager to build that muscle further, while holding a high bar for quality and accuracy when reviewing and refining AI output.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You can manage several concurrent projects and initiatives without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you'll wear multiple hats and priorities can shift.

What Levanta Offers:

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
  • A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
  • Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
