Join our small, growing team and get hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue growth. At Legna, we provide supply chain and inventory management software to the timber and wood products industries (i.e. lumber mills, sawmills, pulp mills, etc.) throughout the United States and Canada. As a marketing intern, you will work closely with leadership to learn how strategy comes to life at a B2B software company — and you won't just be watching from the sidelines. This is a role where your contributions will be visible and meaningful from day one. This is an ideal opportunity if you're eager to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, and want to make a genuine impact at a company where your work matters.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content initiatives.
• Support the development of content — blog posts, social media copy, and sales materials — that educates prospective customers.
• Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Research and compile competitive and market insights to inform campaign strategy.
• Proof and edit external communications to ensure quality and consistency with our brand voice.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and help shape customer-facing materials.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, contributing to a data-driven marketing process.
About you:
• Currently pursuing -- or just completed -- a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn — you ask good questions and follow through.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed.
