Job Description:

Position Summary

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a highly technical, customer-facing leader to drive strategic business development and technology adoption across the Data Center market in Taiwan and China.

The successful candidate will engage hyperscalers, cloud service providers, server OEMs/ODMs, networking companies, and ecosystem partners to understand emerging infrastructure challenges, influence customer architectures, and identify new business opportunities. This individual will translate customer requirements into product roadmap recommendations and strategic growth initiatives while positioning Lattice as a trusted technology partner for next-generation AI, cloud, enterprise, and networking infrastructure.

The role spans data center, AI infrastructure, platform security, systems management, networking, and communications markets, leveraging the full breadth of Lattice technologies and solutions.

Travel: Extensive travel across Taiwan, China, and the United States

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Market Leadership

• Develop strategic relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, server OEMs/ODMs, networking companies, and ecosystem partners.
• Evangelize Lattice technologies and solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Drive new business opportunities, strategic design wins, and long-term customer engagements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and influence internal priorities, product direction, and business strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities across data center, AI infrastructure, networking, platform security, and systems management markets.

Technical Leadership & Solution Development

• Work directly with customer architects and engineering leaders to understand technology roadmaps and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Lattice Compute, Security, Software, and Solutions teams to define differentiated solutions.
• Drive opportunities in:
  • AI Infrastructure and Accelerated Computing
  • Data Center Management and Control
  • Platform Security and Hardware Root of Trust
  • Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
  • Telemetry, Power Management, and System Management
  • Networking and Communications Infrastructure
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications, solution concepts, and roadmap recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for Lattice solutions alongside CPUs, GPUs, BMCs, NICs, DPUs, and system controllers.

Industry Leadership

• Represent Lattice in industry forums, standards organizations, consortiums, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Develop strategic relationships across the AI, cloud, networking, and security ecosystems.
• Help establish Lattice as a thought leader in platform security, management, control, connectivity, and infrastructure resiliency.
• Support industry initiatives related to Root of Trust, attestation, system management, and PQC.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data center, cloud infrastructure, networking, semiconductor, FPGA, or related industries.
• Strong technical credibility with customer architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience working with server OEMs/ODMs, hyperscalers, cloud providers, or networking vendors.
• Strong understanding of modern data center architectures, infrastructure management, platform control, and networking technologies.
• Proven ability to influence customer technology decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

• FPGA experience.
• Knowledge of:
  • Server and platform management architectures (BMC/RMC)
  • Hardware Root of Trust and platform security
  • Secure Boot, SPDM, Attestation, and Firmware Resiliency
  • AI infrastructure and accelerated computing platforms
  • Power management, telemetry, and sideband control
  • Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
• Experience influencing product roadmaps through customer and ecosystem engagement.
• Participation in standards bodies, consortiums, or open ecosystem initiatives.

• Build a strong pipeline of strategic engagements and design wins.
• Influence customer architectures to adopt Lattice technologies and solutions.
• Drive customer requirements into product roadmaps and strategic investments.
• Expand Lattice's influence across industry ecosystems and standards initiatives.
• Deliver measurable business growth and market expansion in Data Center, AI Infrastructure, and Platform Security markets.
