What you'll do
- Open Brazil through account planning and first revenue, then run each enterprise sale from outreach to signature
- Create pipeline without inbound leads, handling prospecting, discovery, buyer alignment, negotiation and closing yourself
- Win large contracts and expand initial six-figure deals into seven-figure accounts
- Develop the Brazil sales guide and tell product and engineering teams what local customers need
What you bring
- At least five years closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals in a quota-carrying account executive role
- Experience selling at an established SaaS company and closing deals at a fast-growing startup
- A record of winning large, complex contracts with long sales cycles, including multimillion-dollar total contract values
- You have opened a territory or built a go-to-market motion from scratch, ideally as an early hire
- C1-level or stronger English, and you live in Brazil
Who this fits
This suits a senior individual seller who can build an outbound pipeline and handle complex enterprise deals independently. The role is based in Brazil, with four days a week in the São Paulo office and one day remote, plus overlap with US business hours.
From the employer
The Opportunity
You will be the first sales hire on the ground in Brazil for a venture-backed AI company that is expanding across Latin America. This is a founding seat: you own the market from zero, build the outbound motion and the local playbook, and land the first enterprise logos in your territory. Ninety days in, you have a targeted account list and live conversations moving; twelve months in, you have closed complex deals and set the template every AE after you will follow.
What You'll Own
Open the Brazil market end to end, from account strategy through first closed revenue.
Run the full enterprise cycle solo: prospecting, discovery, multi-stakeholder negotiation, and close.
Build pipeline through outbound. Assume no inbound and no inherited leads.
Land large deals and grow them, taking initial six-figure contracts into seven figures through land-and-expand.
Multi-thread across senior buyers (CIO, CTO, Heads of Compliance and Operations) and find your champion inside complex organizations.
Write the local sales playbook and push product and engineering on what your market actually needs.

Closing experience at a hyper-growth startup.

Experience opening a territory or building go-to-market from scratch, ideally as an early or founding hire.
Comfort operating 100% outbound, with the discipline to build pipeline where the brand is unknown.
Strong discovery and executive-level selling into large, multi-stakeholder buying committees.
Clean CRM and forecasting habits .
C1+ English.
Based in Brazil.
Nice to Have
Sold AI, automation, or voice technology into traditional enterprises (logistics, banking, healthcare).
