Labcorp is seeking a Communications Intern to join our General Management department on our Geneva site.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday.
40hrs per week (with flexibility to consider an 80% working schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
Design, production and layout of various communication documents
Design and layout of regular email communications
Presentations
Implementation of video
Contribution to the establishment and implementation of the communication plan resulting from the communication strategy
In-house media update: TV Screens, White Boards
Adapt Office templates for site-specific use: Word / PPT
Review and improvement of communication documents to the target audience
Participation in management committees and ad-hoc support of their communication plan
Contribution to the evolution of the graphic charter
Participation in the organization of events
Other tasks and projects assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program
6 months or more of experience or training in the field of communication
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months or more of experience working with Microsoft Office, Webex or Teams
Additional Job Standards:
You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
Fluency in French and a minimum of B2 level in English are required
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
About the Team:
In General management, we coordinate all the employee-focused activities and external relationships entailing the preparation and coordination of various communication on different internal media.
Within the department of general management, the intern will support the day-to-day management of the Geneva site in the development and implementation of tasks in the fields of graphic design and internal communication.
