About the role;
As a Senior Sales Account Executive (Enterprise), you will drive Kyriba's growth across the DACH region, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will develop and execute territory, pipeline generation and sales plans, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and expand Kyriba's presence in the market. This role combines strategic selling, new business development, market insight, cross-functional collaboration and complex deal executionton deliver sustainable revenue growth and exceptional customer outcomes. This role focuses on enterprise customers across the DACH region.
About the team;
You will join Kyriba's DACH Sales team and collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, BDR, customer success, solutions consulting, and other go-to-market functions. Together, the team works to Develop the sales territory, build pipeline, understand customer priorities, position the right solutions, and deliver measurable value to finance organizations. You will contribute as a senior commercial partner, working cross-functionally sharing[ market insight, supporting team success, and helping strengthen Kyriba's relationships across the region.
What You’ll Do
To achieve these outcomes, you will:
• Develop and execute strategic sales territory and plans for the DACH region to generate qualified pipeline, achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through industry contacts, market insight, and proactive prospecting.
• Research market trends, competitive activity, and client needs, using these insights to shape account and territory strategies.
• Partner with BDR product, customer success, and solutions teams to align on client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals that create value for both the customer and Kyriba.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Spend at least 2 days per week in Kyriba’s new Frankfurt office
What You Bring
• Extensive sales experience, preferably in financial technology, enterprise software, or SaaS, with a proven track record in the DACH region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
• Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly articulate complex financial and technology solutions.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the DACH region as required.

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is €81,350.00 - €102,875.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive.
