The Role
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Field Marketing Senior Lead – Business Development to join our Marketing team. This role is focused on helping Kyndryl create new growth opportunities by opening doors in targeted whitespace, building executive relationships, and supporting the development of net-new logo and new-scope pipeline.
Business Development Marketing is a proactive growth motion designed to create demand earlier, before an RFP exists. The ideal candidate will partner with Senior Industry Advisors, Sales, Consult, Industry teams, Alliances, Third-Party Advisors, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, and broader Marketing stakeholders to identify priority accounts, shape opportunities, and build pipeline momentum.
This person will bring a strong hunting mindset, using data, insights, brand positioning, thought leadership, executive engagement, and advisor influence to help Kyndryl show up in new places, build trust with new decision makers, and progress priority opportunities.

Partner with Third-Party Advisors, Alliances, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, and Brand to strengthen Kyndryl’s visibility, credibility, and influence in priority markets and accounts.
Support differentiated client experiences, including workshops and co-creation sessions, to help accelerate engagement, demonstrate innovation, and de-risk opportunity progression.
