About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in directing creative and data-driven marketing initiatives that drive global awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting to the Digital Brand team, you’ll oversee a wide range of high-priority client and internal projects, from global digital campaigns to complex web optimizations designed to scale both Konrad brands and Konrad client engagements.
This role sits at the intersection of digital brand strategy, brand storytelling, and performance-led growth. You’ll work across global teams to architect campaign frameworks, drive marketing strategy development, and ensure the delivery of world-class digital experiences.
To succeed, you’ll bring an expert-level understanding of marketing channels, digital ecosystems, and performance metrics. You should be an expert at navigating fast-paced environments, managing high-level stakeholders, and translating complex business goals into sophisticated marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and direct client-facing projects, ensuring high standards across digital campaigns, copywriting, and content strategy.
- Champion internal and external initiatives that align with global brand and business goals.
- Architect digital strategy across all touchpoints from concept to execution to maintain a dominant and consistent brand voice.
- Craft and contribute to design thinking workshops for internal stakeholders and high-value clients.
- Oversee the build and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns to maximize performance.
- Direct the creation of authoritative, thought-leadership content for our web presence.
- Strategize and oversee social media presence to drive brand authority and community growth.
- Synthesize complex marketing performance data into strategic reports and actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner with global teams to ensure brand alignment and identify opportunities for digital innovation.
- Proactively identify and implement emerging trends and tools to keep the team at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or communications.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels and a history of delivering high-impact, global campaigns.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and a sophisticated approach to creative problem-solving.
- Superior project management and communication skills with experience managing high-priority workstreams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor other marketing professionals.
- Advanced analytical thinker with a focus on business growth and long-term KPIs.
- Highly persuasive and professional presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
