From the employer

Today Kody is working with world leading hotel brands and we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our UK team. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding Kody’s presence within the hospitality industry by offering innovative payment and point-of-sale solutions tailored to hotel businesses.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. You’ll work directly with hotel owners, operators, and leadership teams who are actively rethinking how their businesses run — helping them move away from outdated systems and adopt technology designed for modern hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of competitive products and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel solutions sector.
  • Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Benefits

  • Lead a dynamic and innovative team in a very rapidly growing company.
  • Equity options available.
  • Competitive salary, commission and benefits package.
  • Collaborative, inclusive environment where your contributions are recognised and valued.
