What you'll do

Act as the customer-facing link to KNAPP’s project team at the site
Lead as many as forty technicians during customer implementation projects
Keep project deadlines, spending, and quality under control

What you bring

Bring at least three years implementing or commissioning automated systems
Use project management methods and tools confidently in your work
Show some prior leadership experience and strong MS Office capability
Communicate exceptionally well in both written and spoken German and English
Stay dependable under pressure and remain open to learning from mistakes and feedback

You are the interface between the customer and the KNAPP project team on site
You lead a team of up to 40 technicians in our customer projects
You maintain a clear overview of deadlines, costs, and quality in your project
You are responsible for tracking your team’s progress and continuously reporting to your supervisor and project management
You understand KNAPP’s high quality standards and ensure they are upheld

You have 3+ years of experience in implementing and/or commissioning automated systems
You have solid knowledge of project management and the tools used for it
Basic leadership experience will help you succeed in this role
You have excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
You are a reliable person and able to work under pressure
You see mistakes as opportunities to learn and are open to feedback
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
You are willing to travel internationally (~50%)
