Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

- Property management experience (Project Based Section 8, LIHTC Tax Credit Compliance, NSPIRE, MOR, Budgets, Tax Credit Lease-Up & Rehab Construction)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
