About the Role
As an Account Executive at Juicebox, you'll play a foundational role in launching our London office and building our go-to-market presence across Europe. As one of our first Account Executives in the region, you'll have the opportunity to shape our sales motion, influence how we serve European customers, and help establish Juicebox as a leader in AI-powered recruiting.
Our go-to-market motion is highly product-led. We generate 200+ inbound demo requests every month through our free trial and demo experience, giving you the opportunity to focus on building relationships and closing business rather than generating outbound pipeline. You'll sell primarily to Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders, while also expanding relationships across our growing base of 2,000+ customers. We move quickly, with typical sales cycles of just 2 to 3 weeks, and consistently win against legacy recruiting solutions.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
