What you'll do

Role Summary
Source and execute leasing transactions for industrial and logistics properties, representing landlords and tenants across warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and logistics hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and close industrial and logistics leasing deals (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing space)
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, developers, and occupiers
- Conduct market research, property tours, and site inspections
- Prepare proposals, financial analyses, and lease comparisons
- Negotiate lease terms including rental rates, tenure, fit-out contributions, and clauses
- Collaborate with property management, legal, and transaction teams
- Track market trends, vacancy rates, and rental benchmarks in industrial sectors
- Meet revenue targets and business development goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 1-5 years in industrial/logistics real estate leasing or brokerage
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's industrial property market and logistics sector
- Understanding of lease structures, zoning regulations, and industrial property specifications
- Valid CEA salesperson license is preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities
Preferred
- Established network of industrial tenants, 3PLs, or logistics operators
- Experience with build-to-suit or pre-leasing projects
- Knowledge of supply chain and e-commerce sector requirements
