Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will play a key role within our Paid Media department, managing and scaling campaigns for one of our two new key clients: a large fashion retailer, and a group operating within the local tourism and hospitality sector.
You will lead the end-to-end activation of multimarket and full-funnel campaigns across France and key European territories. Supported by strong partner relationships and emerging AI-driven tools, you will have the autonomy to test new strategies and manage high-impact budgets across major platforms.
This is a hybrid position, based out of our Paris office. The gross annual salary range for this position is between EUR 38,000-42,000, and the final offer is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end activation, Quality Assurance (QA), and continuous optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
Manage and control budgets, monitoring pacing, making strategic decisions to boost or deboost tactics, and ensuring overall spend stays on target.
Lead client calls and presentations in both French and English, translating campaign data into performance reports and clear strategic recommendations across international markets.
Collaborate closely with Client Management, Creative, Data, and other Media teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
Fluency in French and professional-level English are required to lead conversations with the client teams.
Approximately 3 years of experience managing multimarket paid social campaigns.
Hands-on experience with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest), along with a good understanding of the others.
Solid understanding of paid social KPIs, full-funnel strategies, and key performance drivers.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and performance analysis.
Skilled at creating structured, clear, and visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
