Our client is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Insights Analyst to help build a predictable, efficient, and scalable growth engine. This role is responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across demand generation, pipeline performance, segmentation, customer engagement, and marketing investment.
As a key partner to marketing leadership, you will own complex analytical initiatives end-to-end, design scalable measurement frameworks, and deliver insights that improve marketing performance and business outcomes. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence strategy and execution.

Expectations & Tasks
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to business objectives, define measurement strategies, and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Identify progress or gaps to monthly, quarterly goals and annual goals, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting performance.
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models to support growth planning, forecasting, funnel optimization, and pipeline management.
- Lead cross-channel performance analysis and attribution initiatives to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize investment decisions, and improve ROI.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations that improve customer engagement, buying experiences, conversion rates, and channel efficiency.
- Translate complex analyses into compelling executive-ready narratives through effective data visualization, reporting, and storytelling.
- Establish and maintain KPI definitions, measurement standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and trust in reporting.
- Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Strategy, Technology, and Automation teams to improve data quality, segmentation, reporting capabilities, and measurement methodologies.
- Influence business decisions through regular engagement with regional and global marketing leaders, including participation in business reviews and planning processes.
- Gather stakeholder feedback, identify gaps or opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Support alignment and enablement across global and regional marketing teams to drive consistency in reporting and analytics practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Ability to think in the abstract and understand the intricacies of a complex system and proficiently demonstrate ability to work with multiple and large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar business intelligence and analytics platforms.
- Experience developing predictive, forecasting, optimization, or propensity models to support marketing and business growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, demand generation, pipeline management, attribution methodologies, and funnel analytics.
- Deep familiarity with CRM and marketing data structures, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics capabilities to enhance reporting, insight generation, and decision-making while ensuring responsible and effective use.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Executive presentation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and committed to staying current on emerging analytics technologies, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Proven ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global teams and time zones, including engagement with colleagues in the EMEA and APJ regions.
Benefits
Compensation Range: $40-42/hr
