Job Description

The position is to lead content strategy across Asia, setting the strategic direction for marketing content creation, digital-first storytelling, and execution across business channels including institutional, retail, insurance, pensions, private banks and other key segments.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Develop and execute Asia's content strategy across equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset, and macro themes.

  • Lead the creation of investment marketing content across digital, social, web, video, email, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Drive content campaigns, product launches, thought leadership, and market event communications.

  • Partner with sales teams to deliver client-focused content and tools that support business growth.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing content team, setting priorities and ensuring quality execution.

  • Manage senior stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, compliance, technology, and operations.

  • Improve content governance, workflows, efficiency, and adoption of technology and automation.

  • Monitor content performance and use insights to optimize strategy and execution.

  • Represent APAC on global content and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years' experience in content marketing, investment communications, product marketing, or related financial services roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • MBA and/or CFA preferred.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Bloomberg, Morningstar and other data platforms experience a plus.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint.

  • Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience.

  • Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and financial communications.

  • Experience developing content strategies and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management, commercial judgment, and prioritization skills.

  • Interest in digital innovation, AI, automation, and content technology solutions.
