Support the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches, presentations and other client-facing business development materials.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and assist with the creation and distribution of marketing communications.
Maintain and update marketing collateral, credentials documents and content libraries.
Provide support for conferences, webinars, sponsorship activities and client events.
Assist with website updates, digital marketing activity and social media content.
Conduct market, client and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases and business development trackers.
Work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver marketing and business development support to agreed deadlines.
Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the team's service offering.
