Be part of ING’s digital transformation.
ING Australia is pursuing an ambitious growth strategy to become the most loved mobile-led bank in the country. Our approach involves digitising customer experiences, offering innovative products, and ensuring safe, excellent delivery.
As the Head of Digital Sales, (internally known as Product Area Lead, Digital Sales), you’ll drive the strategy, delivery, and performance of our digital sales channels across the digital customer journey. You’ll lead cross-functional squads to create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that convert and retain customers across our product portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and technology overseeing all customer acquisition across products, including coordination of sales planning and tracking across products— with a clear focus on channel performance and conversion uplift. rather than funnel ownership.
You’ll sweat the digital sales funnel, from discovery and lead generation to conversion and onboarding, but your accountability is shaped by what happens in the channel, not just where it sits in the funnel. For example, while search may not be “owned” by any one team, you’ll be responsible for how your products show up and perform in that space.
