What you'll do
- Back Private Bankers and Asset Managers with client-facing commercial tasks and administrative follow-through
- Act as the initial contact for clients, offices and internal teams, earning clients’ confidence through regular conversations
- Organize and prepare the Private Banker’s client appointments
- Join commercial campaigns, including digital initiatives, and coordinate the progress of client files
- Show clients how to use ING’s digital banking options
What you bring
- You bring banking-sector experience, ideally gained in a branch network, and a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- You can speak and write in each of the two national languages
- You know core banking products, particularly investments, and can work with MS Office and ING’s named tools

Your responsibilities …
• You provide commercial and administrative support to Private Bankers and Asset Managers
• You are the first point of contact for Private Banking clients, offices, and internal services
• Through regular client contact, you build a relationship of trust and become a fully-fledged discussion partner for our clients
• You play an important role in planning and preparing client visits for the Private Banker
• You proactively participate in commercial actions and campaigns (e.g. in the context of digitization)
• You play a coordinating role in the handling of files
• As an ambassador for our digital approach, you guide clients towards our digital solutions
