About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within the managed service provider industry. You’ll be responsible for building, operationalizing and optimizing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll also provide support in event coordination and marketing administration. What you’ll be doing
· Build, document, and continuously optimize lead follow-up cadences across inbound, outbound, event, and ABM motions
· Partner with RevOps to implement cadences, workflows, and automation in CRM and marketing systems
· Work directly with Sales to drive adoption, compliance, and feedback on enablement programs
· Help improve speed-to-lead, follow-up consistency, and funnel conversion rate
· Partner hand-in-hand with Sales to plan, execute, and measure ABM programs
· Support account selection, messaging alignment, outreach coordination, and campaign execution
· Track engagement, influence, and pipeline impact for target accounts
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, content, events, and sales plays
· Coordinate timelines, assets, messaging, and execution across teams and vendors
· Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to pipeline goals
· Build and manage lead nurture programs that move prospects from awareness to consideration to conversion
· Segment audiences and tailor messaging by persona, intent, and funnel stage
· Continuously test and improve nurture performance using engagement and conversion data

Skills We Need for This Role
· 5+ years of marketing experience in a generalist or demand-focused role ideally in the MSP space
· Proven experience working closely with Sales and RevOps teams
· Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, from first touch to closed-won
· Experience building and executing lead nurture programs and sales enablement workflows
· Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously without losing attention to detail
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate activity into business impact
· Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and keep stakeholders aligned
