In order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with the regional teams and act as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.

  • Knowledge of business process modeling and customer journey design, with the ability to create clear and intuitive process flows and documentation that can be easily understood by both technical and business stakeholders. Experience with tools such as Miro, Figma, or similar is preferred.
