We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who is excited to learn the fundamentals of performance creative. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced Creative Strategists, helping develop high-performing paid social concepts through research, writing, and creative thinking. You'll gain hands-on experience turning data and insights into ideas that drive results while building a strong foundation in performance creative.
What You'll Do
Support Creative Strategists in developing creative concepts for paid social campaigns.
Research winning ads, competitors, consumer trends, and platform best practices to inspire new ideas.
Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs under the guidance of senior team members.
Help develop creative concepts based on performance insights and strategic direction.
Organize and maintain creative briefs, references, and concept boards for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers throughout the creative development process.
Learn how to interpret creative performance data and apply those learnings to future concepts.
Participate in internal brainstorms, concept reviews, and creative feedback sessions.
Shadow client meetings and creative presentations to learn our strategic process.
Stay curious about platform trends, emerging creative formats, and performance marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative.
Strong writing skills with an interest in short-form, digital-first content.
A creative mindset paired with curiosity about data, testing, and what makes ads perform.
Interest in consumer psychology, social media, and performance marketing.
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple projects.
A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
Must-Haves
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Some experience creating content, copy, or creative concepts for social media, marketing, or advertising (internships, freelance work, personal projects, or full-time experience all count).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for learning performance creative and building a career in creative strategy.
Nice to Have
A portfolio or examples of creative work, copywriting, or content creation.
Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta or TikTok.
Exposure to creative testing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, or writing.
