- Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to select and implement suitable AI solutions

As a consultant, you will lead enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives by aligning business strategy, process redesign, technology, and AI innovation. Partner with business and IT teams to implement digital solutions, modernize legacy systems, drive AI adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across the organization.

You will:
- Lead end-to-end business transformation programs, from strategy development through execution and value realization, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to optimize processes and modernize legacy systems.
- Drive the adoption of digital operating models, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI to enhance productivity, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives, while leading organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, success metrics, and execution plans, fostering cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, operations, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Essential Requirements
10+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, digital modernization, and enterprise technology programs, with expertise in ERP, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Manufacturing solutions.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional global teams, driving organizational change, and engaging senior stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Deep expertise in Supply Chain processes, complemented by strong knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, and digital technologies to improve operational performance and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, with the ability to identify, design, and implement the most effective AI solutions to enhance productivity, innovation, and business efficiency.
