Project Identification and Development
• Identify construction projects and potential business opportunities at the earliest possible stage.
• Identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, project scope, technical requirements, and intended applications.
• Recommend Legrand products and solutions that meet each project’s technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies to secure specifications and orders for Legrand solutions.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial identification and specification through quotation, negotiation, follow-up, and execution, supporting the resolution of relevant technical and commercial matters.
Sales and Territory Management
• Promote Legrand’s brand, products, and solutions across South and Central Bulgaria.
• Implement the company’s sales and market-development strategy within the assigned territory.
• Prepare technical analyses, project specifications, quotations, and special-pricing proposals.
• Coordinate pricing and commercial proposals with the Direct Manager and obtain the required internal approvals.
• Plan and carry out customer visits and project-specification activities in line with agreed performance objectives.
Customer and Partner Relationships
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, construction and installation companies, distributors, partners, and key accounts.
• Support customers, colleagues, distributors, and partners throughout all stages of a project.
• Assist the regional distribution network with project opportunities and identify potential new commercial partners.
Product, Market and Brand Development
• Maintain strong technical and commercial knowledge of Legrand products and solutions.
• Monitor the local market, including competitor brands, products, pricing, investments, exhibitions, and commercial activities.
• Share relevant customer, market, and competitor intelligence with the Sales and Marketing teams, including developments that may affect Legrand’s offering or market position.
Planning, CRM and Reporting
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date customer, partner, and project information in the company’s CRM system.
• Prepare forecasts, visit reports, and project-status updates, and submit regular reports covering results, opportunities, market developments, partner-network development, and planned actions.
• Maintain regular communication with the Direct Manager regarding project progress, customer relationships, and territory development.
• Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, project sales, business development, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate customer and project requirements into suitable commercial solutions.
• Experience working with project stakeholders such as architects, consultants, contractors, installation companies, distributors, partners, or key accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to prepare and follow up quotations and project-based proposals.
