In this position, you will:
Acquire new payment card merchants in the designated area and servicing current customers under the company's business care in the assigned territory
Conduct meetings with current and potential clients, establish new business relationships, and provide after-sales customer service
Specify detailed terms of cooperation and execute them in accordance with legal regulations and the company's standards
Prepare reports, commercial offers, monitor the market and competitors' activities, as well as develop business relationships
Participate in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of proven success in direct sales in the Fintech industry
At least secondary education
Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel
Proficient use of computers in daily work (Microsoft Office and other sales network applications, e.g., CRM)
High personal culture, ease in establishing contacts and building long-term customer relationships, excellent time management, independence, and goal-oriented approach, ability to deliver presentations
Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
Fluent knowledge of Polish language, knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
