The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.
This internship will be part of the Marketing Business Partner (MBP) team within Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM), supporting the Electrical Products division of Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES). HEM serves as Hubbell's centralized marketing organization, bringing together expertise in strategy, digital marketing, creative services, communications, content development, events, and marketing operations to support business growth objectives. MBPs act as strategic marketing partners to Hubbell's business units, collaborating with product management, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop and execute impactful marketing programs aligned with business goals.
As a member of the Marketing Business Partner (MBP) team, the intern will help connect business strategy with marketing execution, supporting initiatives for Hubbell's Electrical Products division. The role provides exposure to the full marketing lifecycle, from planning and content development to campaign execution and performance support. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials for product launches and business initiatives, supporting retail and digital marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects, and assisting with programs designed to drive demand and strengthen customer engagement.
Interns will work with a wide range of marketing disciplines, including product marketing, digital marketing, creative services, and communications, while partnering with sales and product management teams. Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
