Office Print Launch & Communications Program Manager

Description -

This role supports event planning and various communication initiatives that helps HP’s Office Print organization deliver clear, consistent, and business-aligned messaging across internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized project manager, and collaborative partner who can translate complex information into polished communications while keeping cross-functional workstreams on track.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of product launch and external event planning for HP’s Office Print business, ensuring key narratives and supporting assets are clear, consistent, and aligned to product marketing.

  • Lead out short term and mid-term windows messaging, planning, and execution including: monthly windows planning meetings with key stakeholders including Product Management, AR/PR/External Communications, Marketing, and senior leadership; executing on owned event logistics

  • Support product launches and product storytelling by translating complex product, portfolio, and customer insights into concise, audience-ready messaging for external events.

  • Drive event planning and execution, including launch demo product management (readiness and tracking), external content delivery, internal and external training.

  • Manage Analyst Relations deliverables for Office Print, including coordinating survey responses, gathering inputs from subject matter experts, tracking deadlines, and ensuring submissions are accurate and compelling.

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recurring internal alignment meetings, including agenda development, meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up communications.

  • Support executive social media content development by facilitating product management reviews.

  • Create concise executive summaries, project updates, decision documents, and recap materials that help senior leaders and teams quickly understand status, implications, and next steps.

  • Exercise strong editorial judgment to improve clarity, tone, structure, and executive readiness across presentations, documents, and communications (refining documents for executive reviews, QBRs, roadmap slide, etc.).

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, collaborators, and subject matter experts to anticipate communication needs and proactively move work forward.

  • Support ad hoc strategic projects, leadership requests, and high-priority initiatives that require fast synthesis, and coordinated execution.

Education & Experience Recommended

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Certifications in:

  • Project Management (PMP, CAPM)

  • Event Management

  • Change Management

  • Digital Marketing or Social Media

7+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Product Marketing, Program Management, or a related field.

Experience planning and executing business events, product launches, customer events, webinars, or industry conferences.

Experience developing communications for internal and external audiences.

Experience working directly with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong business writing, editing, and presentation development experience.

Salary

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
