About the Role:
As our Conversion Content Strategist, you'll develop and optimize content across multiple channels. You'll work with our Senior Growth Marketer to create messaging that engages customers, improves conversion rates, and supports customer acquisition and retention goals.
We're looking for someone who is more than a strong writer, you think like a marketer, who uses data to inform decisions, and understand how content influences customer behavior throughout the customer journey.
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve messaging, engagement, and conversion rates.
Partner closely with the Senior Growth Marketer, Design team, and other stakeholders to develop, test, and optimize conversion focused content across channels.
Create and refine content variations for A/B testing across email, SMS, landing pages, paid advertising, and other customer-facing marketing assets.
Contribute strategic content ideas that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall growth objectives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, growth marketing, conversion optimization, or a similar marketing role.
Demonstrated ability to write conversion-focused content that drives measurable business results, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or conversion improvement.
Experience using campaign performance data to refine messaging and improve results.
Understanding of customer journey, conversion optimization, and customer psychology.
Ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align content with campaign objectives and business goals.
Strong ability to utilize AI to create systems across teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating persuasive, conversion-focused marketing content across multiple channels.
Experience writing for healthcare, wellness or telehealth is a plus.
